So if you ever get a call from �Fraud Prevention Services� know that our watchdogs are doing their job and preventing potential fraudulent use of your card. Fraud is serious business, and can hit anytime. That is why we are always on guard to detect and prevent fraud from happening to you.

Travel Notification:

In order to prevent potential fraudulent use of your card, please notify the credit union when you plan to travel abroad. You can call a member service consultant at (978) 744-1153 to notify us of the dates and destinations of travel.

Have you received email with a similar message? Its a scam called phishing and it involves Internet fraudsters who send spam or pop-up messages to lure personal information (credit card numbers, bank account information, Social Security number, passwords, or other sensitive information) from unsuspecting victims.

Seaport Credit Union will NEVER send e-mail messages requesting you to respond via e-mail or to a link to confirm bank account numbers, credit card numbers, passwords, or any other sensitive information.
