Seaport Credit Union was incorporated in 1926 by the French Canadians who founded St. Joseph and St. Annes parishes in Salem, MA.  We are a State Chartered Community Credit Union and our field of membership includes all that live or work in Essex County.
 
Those who do business with Seaport Credit Union have a special relationship.  They are more than customers.  They are Members!  That connection gives them access to a host of services, all with personal attention.
 
Earnings are returned to our Members in the form of higher rates on savings, lower rates on loans or are invested back in the Credit Union to develop more products and services that members need. 
 
Seaport is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving its individual Members.  We have made it possible for many people to get their first home, further their education, or start a savings plan. 
 
We are "People Helping People."
 
We have made great progress over the years in expanding our services and keeping with the demands of technology.  We could not have achieved such success without you-the member or our volunteers.  A special Thank You to all our dedicated board members who unselfishly give of their time for the benefit of Your Credit Union.
